On behalf of my family, I want to say "thank you" and affirm Karen and the entire staff for the excellent care we received at the recent passing of our Mother and Grandmother. We were very pleased with the way the entire process was handled, including the Covid protocol. The entire staff was professional, compassionate, caring and understanding at a difficult and emotional time.

Ms. Karen, and the entire staff went above and beyond in their help, from my brother's untimely passing. In short order, they were immediately available to my sister-in-law, (answering her initial call at 0500 hours, after she spent a sleepless night of grieving), to meeting with our family later that afternoon, and patiently handling every detail, answering the exhausting list of questions posed to her, and professionally managing every aspect of the arrangements, late into the evening. One thinks about all the preparations needed for a loved one's passing; yet, ultimately we tend to completely forget all of it, as soon as tragedy strikes. But, Ms. Karen patiently handled everything! I cannot say enough about her. She is indeed a truly compassionate, warm and caring person. My wife was so impressed and touched by her level of sincere professionalism, and commented so many times, through most of the 9.5 hour drive home. Thank you to the VanLerberghe family and staff for your diligence and compassionate respect in our time of need.
